Shipping Policy
Shipping Locations
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during launches, holidays, special events, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through USPS using standard shipping services only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on real-time USPS carrier rates. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
Combined Orders
If multiple orders are placed close together, we may combine shipments whenever possible. If combined shipping results in a significant shipping overpayment, a partial shipping refund may be issued at our discretion.
Shipping Rate Adjustments
While we use real-time carrier rates, shipping costs may occasionally increase due to USPS rate changes. If an order requires an additional shipping payment of more than $5.00, we will contact you before shipment.
Delivery Delays
Once your package has been shipped, delivery times are determined by USPS. Please note that delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at [connect@thescrapandcraftcircle.com](mailto:connect@thescrapandcraftcircle.com). Address changes can only be made before an order ships.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to help investigate the issue with USPS.
Packages Marked as Delivered
Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, The Scrap & Craft Circle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package shows as delivered but cannot be found, we recommend checking: Around your delivery area, with neighbors or household members, and your local USPS office.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [connect@thescrapandcraftcircle.com](mailto:connect@thescrapandcraftcircle.com). Please include:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged item(s)
Photos of the packaging
Replacement or refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please note that many of our items are limited-quantity or one-of-a-kind, so an exact replacement may not always be available.
